Your account and browser

If you sign in, your identity provider supplies an account identifier and available email/profile details. Supabase provides authentication, the account database and private storage. We process account information to provide the requested service, connection and security records to prevent abuse, and mandatory records where legally required. A clip selected in this web preview stays in your browser: generation is closed and the preview does not upload it.

Storage and your choices

We store your sign-in session and language choice on your device. Google Analytics and advertising trackers are not enabled in this preview. Account information is kept while your account exists. Account → Delete account records a deletion request, blocks new work, and starts removal of your account and stored media. Limited security and mandatory records may remain where needed. Contact Privacy@actuba.com to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection where applicable. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate.

iPhone app and AI processing

Actuba collects the video files you choose through Photos, Files or shared files, including any faces, voices and other personal information within them; instructions and story text you enter; generated scripts, voices and videos; and any character images you supply. Before each new clip upload, the iPhone app asks you to review the data and named AI recipients and explicitly allow processing. You may decline without losing existing credits. Hedra receives extracted frames, instructions and text to analyse scenes and write scripts using its selected Moonshot and Z.ai models. Script text is processed by ElevenLabs through Hedra for synthetic speech. Vivix receives character images, generated speech and performance instructions to animate the character. Hedra can receive those same character assets as an animation fallback. If primary writing or speech is unavailable, OpenAI receives the necessary frames and instructions for writing, or the script for speech. Supabase stores account information and uploaded media for Actuba. RevenueCat receives account identifiers and purchase transaction information to verify Apple purchases and credits. We do not send payment card details or account passwords to AI services. Data is used for the requested creation, storage, safety checks, account management, purchase verification, support and security. Providers can process data outside the EEA; applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards govern this processing. Actuba requires recipients to provide the same or equal protection of personal data described here, including purpose limitation, confidentiality, security, deletion assistance and lawful transfer safeguards. This requirement is not a claim that all providers have identical retention settings. Actuba does not sell uploads or use them to train its own models. OpenAI API training sharing is disabled for Actuba production. Hedra and Vivix published terms permit certain model improvement or training uses, including de-identified data; contractual restrictions and confirmed opt-outs may limit these uses. An Actuba-wide Vivix training opt-out has not yet been confirmed. Do not assume that a provider opt-out or zero retention is active. Contact Privacy@actuba.com before uploading if you require a training opt-out. Relevant terms: hedra.com/privacy and hedra.com/dpa; vivix.ai/research/privacy-policy; openai.com/policies/data-processing-addendum. Source and intermediate media on Actuba are normally removed seven days after a completed or failed job; finished exports remain available for 30 days. Unresolved jobs can remain during investigation. Saved custom-character designs and voice selections remain until account deletion. Provider copies follow applicable provider terms and deletion requests; these Actuba retention periods are not a guarantee of immediate provider deletion. You may withdraw permission before continuing in the AI disclosure, decline future clips, delete your account and stored media in Account, or request provider deletion and training opt-out through Privacy@actuba.com. Withdrawal cannot reverse processing already completed. Required financial and limited security records may remain. Copies you download or share remain under your control.
